Within The Lemon House the ‘Limonaia’ has been converted to create a magnificent, open-plan kitchen and dining room, also housing a fully stocked wine cellar, an ancient wine press and wine-tasting room.

 

Both the luxurious dining room (seats 16) and spacious drawing room have beautiful old Tuscan fireplaces.

 

The six deluxe bedrooms – Rossini, Puccini, Bellini, Scarlatti, Verdi and Vivaldi all have ensuite bathrooms with marble basins and marble tiles. All the bedrooms have wood beamed ceilings and are furnished and decorated to a high specification, including antique furniture and king-size beds.

 

The lemon garden provides an ideal setting for dining ‘al fresco’ and a stone-columned pergola situated across from the Limonaia creates a haven for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying a glass of wine on the soft banquettes.
