facilities. When using the entire property to full capacity
the sofas in the suites are required for individual beds for
up to 17 guests. |

the 9 suites as there are 10 private bedrooms, all other guest
need to use the sofabeds. |

DESCRIPTION
A beautiful, stylish, traditional
farmhouse in rural Mallorca, perfect for large groups preferring
individual fully equipped suites.
Location: Situated between the local towns of Villafranca de Bonany,
Manacor and Felanitx. 38km from Palma de Mallorca with the international
airport and only 17 Km from the best and quietest beaches.
This unique property dates back to the 15th century and is situated
on a small hill surrounded by fertile land. Guests have uninterrupted
views across the local countryside and amazing sunset vistas.
The renovation of this exclusive property using natural materials
has resulted in beautifully restored accommodation in keeping with
it’s history, whilst making the most of light and space using
glass panels, wood and natural tiles.
In addition to the 9 guest suites the main building has a huge ‘entrada’
used as a lounge area for all guests, a large fully equipped kitchen,
dining area and bar. These options give guests the opportunity to
dine together using the villa staff to provide meals or use the
fully equipped kitchens for private meals (ideal for families with
young children).
Staff at Villa Franca can arrange horse riding, donkey riding, walking,
rural road and cycling excursions. Mountain biking, boat trips and
flights in a micro light plane. By prior arrangement guests can
enjoy group visits to local vineyards with wine tasting and lunch.
