Location: 3 miles from the beautiful town of Como and just one hour's drive to Milan and Malpensa International Airport.

These two elegant lakeside properties, Villa Rossini (the main residence) and Villa Bellini a smaller but no less impressive property, are available to rent together accommodating up to 24 guests. Access to the estate is via a private drive with gatehouse.

Villa Rossini dates back to the 18th Century and provides extensive accommodation over three floors; many downstairs rooms have amazing frescoed ceilings. The property provides three living rooms, one on the ground floor with period fireplace, the first and second floor options both face the lake. There is also a reading room, a music room (with its beautiful grande piano) which leads out onto a lakeshore balcony, a beautiful dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Villa Belinni is luxuriously furnished, having been totally modernized, the interior is presented with the finest Italian linens and antiques. All the bedrooms have spacious marble ensuite bathrooms. The salon and dining room is elegantly furnished and enjoys direct access on to the lakeshore terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped opening on to the terrace.

By arrangement guests can hire a Cessna Turbine Seaplane for personal sightseeing flights of the surrounding area or nearby cities. From the dock guests can use the Lake Como water taxi for visits to the local villages and shore side restaurants.

The local 5* Hotel d’Este offers villa guests use of an 18 hole golf course, fitness club facilities and tennis courts.
