Location: Just 4km from Talamone, 20km from Grosseto, 70km from Sienna and 120km along the coast road to Rome with its international airport.

Access to the tower is through secure double gates and down a private drive to the front of the tower.

This amazing Spanish tower dates back to the XIII century. Perched high on a cliff, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea off the Southern Tuscan coastline the tower has been rebuilt and restored over the centuries.

Originally used as lookout tower against the barbarian incursions this solid, ancient building was perfectly situated as a sea defence, and now provides a tranquil and isolated retreat for those desiring seclusion.

The tower, beautifully renovated and maintained, provides two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one single room and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with tub). A wide dining room faces the terrace equipped with sun loungers, etc. The tower also provides guests with a large fully equipped kitchen.

From the jacuzzi on the lower terrace guests can enjoy sea views.

The tower has ample parking space leading to a wide garden, this beautiful coastal property is situated in a conservation area and provides total privacy. Just a few metres from the sea, with easy access to the rocks below through a private staircase, to the jetty.

A local hotel with full services and fully equipped beach area is approx. 500 metres across the water from the jetty. Guests at the tower are very welcome to use the facilities at any time.
