DESCRIPTION

Location: 10 minutes by car from the small village of Maiori, 15 minutes from Amalfi and just a 40 minute drive to the beautiful Positano. The island of Capri can be visited by hydrofoil taking approximately 1 hour. The closest airport is in Naples, just 65km from Maiori.

This unique property consists of the original Saracen tower and additional, individual accommodation for a further 12 guests.
On the ground floor of the tower there is a large living room with fireplace and dining room with a sea view. On the lower level a kitchen with doors opening onto the terrace for al fresco dining. Also, located on this level a double ensuite bedroom.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views. On the upper level the tower has two double bedrooms, a single loft room and a bathroom. This level also has a sunbathing terrace, path to the sea and a seating areas. Just 90 steps from the tower the second area houses the swimming pool and terraces, the main outdoor covered dining area with BBQ, kitchen and indoor dining room, additional living room and four ensuite bedrooms.

A further 80 steps leads to accommodation providing living and dining rooms, small kitchens and double ensuite bedrooms; these can be used as adjoining suites.

Within the beautifully tended Mediterranean gardens; a hydro massage tub on a ledge high above the sea and a sauna looking onto a pretty inlet of the coast.
